You may place your order online, by mail with check or money order (see payment options below for details). You may also place orders by phone by calling (518) 436-1833 and a customer service representative will be pleased to assist you.

For online purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and echecks. Information entered is encrypted, protecting any information that is submitted at the time of your order. You may also pay online orders with a PayPal account but you are not required to have an account to place your order.

Please Note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Additionally, when your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your order tracking number so you may check the status of your order delivery. International Orders

MODE ships orders worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when your package arrives in your country. If you do incur import duties and taxes, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.






Shipping Method / Rates


Our shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail and UPS. UPS does not deliver on weekends, nor do they deliver to P.O. Boxes. Both APO and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS, standard shipping charges will apply. All U.S. orders will receive an email containing your order tracking number so you may check the status of your order delivery. International orders do not receive tracking numbers.

We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (business days M-F excluding Federal holidays), in the order in which they are received. All orders are checked by a 4-point system to ensure 100% accuracy.







Order Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact customerservice@modecosmetics.com or call (518) 436-1833, and we will do our best to assist your needs. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped.
