Options
For online purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, Debit Cards, and echecks. Information entered
is encrypted, protecting any information that is submitted
at the time of your order. You may also pay online orders
with a PayPal account but you are not required to have an
account to place your order.
Please Note: For your security your billing name and address
must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve
the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card
information, we strongly advise that for your protection you

Zela International Co. must charge sales tax of 8.00%
for all orders shipped to New York State Residents as applicable

Order Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation
of your order. Additionally, when your order is shipped you
will receive an email containing your order tracking number
so you may check the status of your order delivery. If you

International Orders
MODE
ships orders worldwide. Your order may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied when your package arrives
in your country. If you do incur import duties and taxes,
they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Shipping Method / Rates
Our shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail and UPS. UPS does
not deliver on weekends, nor do they deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Both APO and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS, standard
shipping charges will apply. All U.S. orders will receive
an email containing your order tracking number so you may
check the status of your order delivery. International orders
do not receive tracking numbers.

We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt
(business days M-F excluding Federal holidays), in the order
in which they are received. All orders are checked by a 4-point

If you need to change or cancel an order you have already placed,

needs. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once they have
been shipped.

may return them by mail for a 100% money back guarantee, less
shipping and handling.
*Returns must be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date
of purchase. Sorry, no exchanges.
